Returns Eligibility

- You may request a return for any product purchased directly from us within 14 days from the date of purchase.

- To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition and packaging, and all accessories and documentation must be included.

- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Returns Process

- To initiate a return, please email us at providing your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return.

- If your returns request meets our policy requirements, we will get back to you with instructions for shopping the product back to us.

Returns Shipping

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or the return is a result of our error.

- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the product.

Inspection and Approval

-Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.

- If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us here.


- We do not accept returns or refunds for the following:
a. Products damaged due to customer misuse or negligence.
b. Products with missing accessories or packaging.
c. Products that have exceeded the specified return window.
